Apartment with views over Golf Course

Attractive apartment with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room. Balcony with views over the golf course. Very tastefully furnished with all the modern conveniences you would need to make your holiday as relaxing as possible.
The first golf course on Costa Esuri opened in December 2005, and is proving to be a popular, if challenging course. The second course is due to open this year. There are many other courses within easy driving distance, both in Spain and across the border in Portugal.
Ayamonte and Costa Esuri are easily reached by the IP 1 motorway which links Spain and Portugal. Low cost airlines fly to both Seville airport (2 hours drive away) and Faro airport (50mins drive away). Car hire form both airports is well organised and reasonably priced. Transfers can be arranged if required.

This accommodation is professionally managed by the Purple Parrot Group. We can arrange golf, excursions, bike hire and numerous extras to enhance your stay. Enjoy your holiday in hidden Spain in this charming house situated in a traditional Spanish village.
The house is tastefully furnished and there is spacious accommodation, with two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs: a further bedroom downstairs along with the lounge and dining area. Also downstairs there is a cloakroom. There is a large well equipped kitchen, with everything you need for a great self catering holiday.
This is an ideal holiday base for couples, families, golfers and sun-seekers alike. It has a large private courtyard, with outdoor furniture: this feature will be a favourite with parents and children or those wanting to relax in the sun.
The enclosed communal pool is perfect for entertaining the children or a dip at the end of a warm day.

The quaint whitewashed village of Villablanca is set amidst orange groves and pine trees. There is plenty to explore within the cobbled streets: a large selection of tapas bars and restaurants and interesting little shops. This is a great area for exploring this part of Spain which boasts over 300 days of sunshine a year and good temperatures making it an all year round holiday location. If you are a family, golfers or walkers the area is excellent and renowned for its first class beaches and golf courses.
The house is set in a small development of town houses. No need to travel far, Villablanca has great local shops, you can get everything you need for your holiday here. There is a traditional central plaza, with plenty of places to sit and enjoy the surroundings. There are play areas for the children, while the adults can enjoy a drink at one of the many cafes or bars. It is only 10-15 minutes drive away from the coast with many fabulous long stretches of beach, sand dunes, & pine trees.
